I have worked with Allen over the past six months about the design and renovation costs for my ‘final’ hdb flat. His patience in listening to my ‘wants and expectations’ was remarkable. I had many ideas which he cheerfully helped me to materialize and even added on many important and functional ideas that i had left out. Our house has just completed the renovation work. The project starting from design till the completion of installation work was done by Allen’s company.
The work done has far exceeded our expectations. Not only was the design done in a very well thought out manner, we are equally impressed with the effort which Allen has given in helping us to source for the right home decor, furniture and accessories. Despite a shoe string tight budget, he is able to recommend and establish creative ways in setting a very nice home setting for us. In addition, we are also grateful for the turn-key nature of his renovation management work. From the start till handing back the key to us, he has single-handedly coordinated the various sub-contractors and kept well to our timeline & workmanship expectation. ‘i chanced upon the ad at the management office of our condo in Jan + engaged Allen to initially install roller blinds for my balcony. As it was the first renovation work for the condo, he graciously offered to help in getting the renovation permit. Later also got him to put up invisible grilles for bedroom. As I never had to install blinds and grilles previously, Allen answered my many queries and offered good insight. Price was reasonable and workmanship was good and efficient.’
